Sr. Electrical Engineer

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager. You will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project success while adhering to high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost efficiency.
• Oversee team performance, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to project policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship.
• Experience in sustainable engineering practices and green building technologies.
• Knowledge of international project management methodologies and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with sustainable engineering and green building technologies.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
