Sr. EHS Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal legislation
• Identify EHS related risks and resulting mitigations
• Ensure a positive safety culture

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience managing EHS programs, including people management experience
• EHS experience in chemically intensive manufacturing industry
• Experience in environmental management, permit and regulatory compliance including Air, Water and Waste
• Technical experience in occupational health and safety with a strong emphasis in chemical safety/compatibility
• Ability to apply EHS and regulatory knowledge to business decisions, including the development of implementation plans for applicable requirements
• Strong ability to negotiate and manage people, equipment, and process changes relative to EHS
• Ability to build, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives with a focus on measurable results
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft suite (excel, word, power-point)

Qualifications

• U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All accepted applications must be U.S. Persons as defined by ITAR.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Science or Engineering
• CIH, CSP, OHST, GSP or other certifications
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 program development preferred
