Description

The Senior Structural Designer will lead the design of products and packaging from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include receiving new design requests, gathering project data, creating designs in CAD, soliciting and incorporating customer feedback, and creating prototypes for customer approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, or related field
• 8+ years of packaging and/or product design experience
• Familiarity with retailer specifications, print production, and manufacturing processes
• Expertise with corrugated container plant equipment and tools
• Proven track record of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated experience with design software including CAD and 3D software
• Ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

$84,000.00 - $140,000.00, depending on your role, level, and location.
