Sr. Director, US Manufacturing - SM
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director, US Manufacturing - SM to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior operations leader will guide manufacturing strategy across a multi-site network, translating enterprise goals into an integrated supply chain plan that supports growth, service, and operational excellence. The role will partner closely with manufacturing leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. It will also drive lean manufacturing discipline, network optimization, and transformation initiatives that strengthen the organization’s overall manufacturing footprint. Location: Sumter, SC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy into a global integrated supply chain strategy
- Foster continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Drive a growth mindset and lean manufacturing concepts across functions
- Champion continuous improvement programs throughout the manufacturing network
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to implement creative solutions
- Evaluate network optimization and overall architecture development
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum BS/BA required; Engineering concentration preferred
- MBA preferred
- 15 years of operations leadership experience, including strategy execution
- Required plant management experience with multiple facilities
- Proven ability to drive transformational change in manufacturing operations
- Hands-on experience in supply planning, SIOP/IBP, ERP, MRP, and advanced analytics
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Pay
Compensation: $220,700 – $353,100 annually
