Sr Director Treasury

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting oversight and controllership activities across treasury, customer financing, accounts receivable, and corporate accounts payable functions.
• Direct global treasury compliance and control practices to support accurate financial reporting and adherence to regulatory expectations.
• Advise executive and board-level stakeholders on treasury performance, financial position, and recommendations related to capital structure decisions.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with banking partners worldwide to secure effective banking services, lending capacity, and ongoing financial support.
• Design funding and liquidity strategies that balance cost, risk, tax efficiency, and the organization’s global capital needs.
• Oversee cash investment programs, including policy compliance, performance monitoring, reporting, and related accounting treatment.
• Manage financing activities such as credit facility negotiations, covenant monitoring, interest rate exposure, foreign exchange risk, and hedging strategy execution.
• Drive customer financing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams while identifying new opportunities that can contribute to revenue and margin growth.
• Lead cash forecasting, working capital reporting, and long-range financial modeling to improve liquidity planning and support strategic business forecasts.
• Develop treasury team capability, strengthen operating policies, and maintain oversight of access to company funds, payments, and outstanding obligations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or related finance leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in capital structure planning, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and global banking relationships.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing treasury controls, financial governance, and regulatory or financial reporting activities.
• Background managing debt arrangements, credit facilities, covenant compliance, and capital markets-related activities.
• Proven ability to evaluate foreign exchange and interest rate exposure and implement practical risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving accounting, tax, operations, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
• CPA designation preferred or strong equivalent foundation in accounting and controllership.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights and recommendations to senior executives and board stakeholders.
