Sr Director, Supplier Development

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Sr Director of Supplier Development to manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. This role partners with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and scalable execution processes.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Engage senior leaders and stakeholders to align supplier development strategies
• Ensure high-quality customer delivery and satisfaction through proactive service
• Drive results by setting strategic expectations and influencing overall policy
• Provide formal leadership to the Supplier Development team and shape organizational structure
• Manage supplier development strategies, ensuring alignment with governance and targets

Requirements

• University degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in mobility, supplier services, procurement, or similar, with 5 years in supply chain, category management, or procurement
• 3+ years of people management experience, ideally across global teams
• Extensive knowledge of supplier performance management and strategic planning in procurement
• Mastery of mobility dynamics and related legal, regulatory frameworks

Pay

$165,000 – $175,000 annually
