Sr. Director, Software Engineering - Finance Tech

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams of software engineers
• Mentor engineers for professional and technical growth
• Collaborate with product managers to define application capabilities
• Continuously improve software engineering practices
• Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions across full-stack
• Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, and scalability of solutions
• Stay updated with tech trends and foster innovation within teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 9+ years of experience in software engineering
• 7+ years of experience in people management
• PREFERRED: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 13+ years of software engineering experience
• 8+ years of Agile practices experience
• Experience leveraging AI for productivity and automating processes
