Sr. Director, Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and architects
• Oversee software design, development, validation, debugging, and optimization
• Set clear objectives and foster accountability for team performance
• Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for successful project execution
• Collaborate with hardware engineering and product management to align software goals
• Engage with customers to understand needs and integrate feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 20+ years in software development
• 5+ years of people management of software engineering teams
• Experience delivering complex software products through the full development lifecycle
• Technical proficiency in systems software, firmware, and GPU/graphics software
