Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives from problem definition to execution support
- Structure complex problems into actionable workplans and hypotheses
- Develop concrete recommendations with explicit trade-offs grounded in financial realities
- Facilitate productive problem-solving sessions with stakeholders
- Serve as a resource on the financial architecture of the pharmaceutical value chain
- Conduct second-order financial analyses related to market shifts and regulatory changes
- Translate strategic recommendations into clear implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, with engagement-leadership at top-tier consulting or corporate strategy experience
- 5+ years in distribution supply chain, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
- Ability to quickly understand complex value chain economics
- Prominent track record of leading cross-functional strategic projects to actionable outcomes
- Experience leading and developing small analytical teams
- Strong executive presence with effective presentation skills to senior leaders
