Responsibilities

  • Develop a roadmap for transitioning from manual ethics reviews to automated testing
  • Create robust infrastructure for handling the company-scale AI systems
  • Establish rigorous research foundations and metrics for AI testing
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate Responsible AI into development processes
  • Provide mentorship and manage performance while navigating technical challenges

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software engineering and/or AI research, with expertise in production-scale systems
  • Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and AI coding tools
  • Experience building LLM-powered systems and knowledge of modern AI architectures
  • Proven track record in responsible AI evaluation science and adversarial testing
  • A related technical degree required
  • 5+ years managing technical teams with strong performance and operational skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical narratives into strategic business goals for executives
