This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving execution excellence across a diverse portfolio of complex technology programs supporting both Defense and Commercial markets. This role provides strategic oversight of program performance, leads the development and institutionalization of scalable processes, and plays a key role in business growth through capture and proposal support. Your tasks Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of large, complex programs across multiple customers and technologies.Ensure successful delivery within cost, schedule, and performance objectives.Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.Develop and implement standardized program management processes and governance frameworks.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Support business development and capture efforts, including proposals and execution strategies.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.Engage with senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders.Lead and develop high-performing program teams. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).15+ years of experience in program management leadership roles.Experience in Defense and Commercial technology sectors.Strong financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.Proven experience in process development and business capture support.PMP or PgMP certification is preferredExperience with DoD contracting and compliance frameworks is highly desirable.Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, MS Project, and advanced Excel.Skilled in key competencies such as strategic leadership, program execution excellence, financial and operational acumen, capture and growth enablement, and stakeholder management and communication.In order to be considered, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident able to obtain an interim or final suitability determination, subject to completion and favorable adjudication of the required background investigation. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
