Responsibilities
- Build and execute the company’s partner ecosystem strategy across various providers and distributors
- Develop strategic partnerships with cloud and AI infrastructure companies to enhance storage positioning
- Scale partner programs including structures, enablement, and compensation models
- Expand relations with backup and data management ISVs through certifications and co-sell initiatives
- Design a scalable partner program encompassing governance and incentive structures
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create effective partner-led revenue streams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem programs within cloud infrastructure, SaaS, storage, or enterprise technology companies
- Proven experience scaling organizations from $10M to $200M+ in revenue
- Track record of generating $20M+ in quarterly partner pipeline or bookings through strategic partnerships
- Experience managing teams of 3 to 25 members and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of OEM, ISV, MSP, CDN, and cloud partner ecosystems
- Experience building marketplace strategies across AWS, Azure, or similar cloud services
- Strong technical knowledge of compute, storage, and cloud infrastructure solutions

$175,000 – $229,000 annually
