Sr. Director of Payment Systems
About the Role
This position ensures the entire procure-to-pay process operates strategically and efficiently, maintaining accurate and timely invoice processing, strong vendor relationships, and favorable pricing and payment terms. The Sr. Director enhances AHF’s reputation by providing strategic leadership and accountability for the procure-to-pay function, collaborating closely with procurement, accounts payable, finance, service lines, and administrative departments to create a seamless process from sourcing to payment.

The role operates within a collaborative, nimble structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders, working as part of a close-knit team to reduce administrative burdens on frontline staff while maintaining strong financial controls and best-practice procurement processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the procure-to-pay process to ensure strategic and efficient operations.
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and paid on time to prevent service disruptions.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and secure favorable pricing and payment terms.
- Provide strategic leadership and accountability for the entire procure-to-pay function.
- Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, finance, service lines, and administrative departments to create a seamless process from sourcing to payment.

$170,000 - $210,000
