About the Team

We are the Hitachi Digital Global Information Security team, passionate advocates for safeguarding data, systems, and information. Our primary responsibility is ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems while delivering secure, vulnerability-free products to customers. About the Role

The Sr. Director of Identity & Access Management will ensure that the right people have access to the right resources at the right time in a secure manner. This role involves advising the Chief Information Security Officer and leading initiatives to strengthen identity and access management practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to secure enterprise systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to access control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM best practices into products and services delivered to customers.
• Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes, technologies, and governance frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership on IAM risks, trends, and mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability within the organization.
