Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decision-making
- Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights, business recommendations, and performance analysis
- Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and board-ready financial presentations
- Analyze revenue trends, labor, operating expenses, margins, and key business drivers across a large multi-site operation
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and support capital allocation decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, systems, and financial analytics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to drive business performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including executive leadership
- Experience supporting large, multi-site organizations with 500+ locations is required
- Experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, consumer products, or other multi-unit operating environments strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing business strategy
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and ERP/reporting systems experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
