Job Summary

The Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services at Morrison Healthcare Melbourne, FL leads all patient dining, retail, catering, and food production operations for a large acute care hospital. The role involves partnering with hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and associate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Food & Nutrition operations, including patient dining, retail, catering, and food production.
• Manage budgets, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve patient satisfaction and operational results.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HACCP, and company standards.
• Drive food safety, quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare foodservice leadership experience.
• Acute care hospital and contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success managing large teams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and foodservice management systems.
