Job Summary
The Senior Director of Food & Nutrition Services at Morrison Healthcare Melbourne, FL leads all patient dining, retail, catering, and food production operations for a large acute care hospital. They partner with hospital leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences while driving financial performance, operational excellence, and associate engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Food & Nutrition operations, including patient dining, retail, catering, and food production.
- Manage budgets, labor, food cost, inventory, and financial performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing leadership team.
- Partner with hospital leadership to improve patient satisfaction and operational results.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HACCP, and company standards.
- Drive food safety, quality, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of healthcare foodservice leadership experience.
- Acute care hospital and contract foodservice experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing large teams, budgets, and client relationships.
- Strong financial, operational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and foodservice management systems.
