SR. DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND NUTRITION

This position is for a Sr. Director of Dining Services based in Canton, GA, requiring relocation to the area.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
- Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
- Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
- Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.
Requirements
- At least five years of proven leadership experience.
- Two to four years managing foodservice operations.
- Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
- Ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
- Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.

Pay
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
Other forms of compensation: Bonus potential and relocation assistance.
