This position is based in Canton, GA and requires relocation to the area.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.

Requirements

At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience is required. Experience with P&L accountability and contract foodservice is preferred.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls. Ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Pay

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000. Bonus potential and relocation assistance available.
