Sr. Director of Employee Experience Delivery

About the role

This role will lead five journey teams and a small team of HR Liaisons, creating a culture of collaboration between journeys and HR Liaisons and across other HR areas to deliver engaging and inclusive employee journeys. You will oversee high-quality, tailored experiences for business leaders, lead, inspire, coach, and develop Journey Owners and HR Liaisons, and drive continuous improvement in processes and programs.

Additional responsibilities include managing the annual budget, allocating resources, translating needs into business cases, and conducting cost-benefit analyses to ensure ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience
• 5 years of management experience
• Experience delivering people programs and/or supporting employee services
• Experience redesigning processes and driving continuous improvement
• Data-driven strategic decision making
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Executive-level communication and influence skills
• Comfort with change and nimble ways of working

Pay

$146,700.00 - $272,400.00 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
