Sr Director, Innovation & Strategy - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Innovation & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will shape innovation strategy and drive growth across a key employer-focused segment, translating big-picture direction into practical execution. The role partners closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations to strengthen market expansion, customer value, and organizational alignment. The ideal candidate will bring executive-level leadership, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results in a highly regulated healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $159,300 – $273,200 annually Responsibilities Lead the employer strategy division with accountability for growth and market expansion Drive commercial execution by collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and operations Manage key performance indicators and growth targets for the employer segment Establish executive partnerships to enhance product alignment and customer value Integrate AI and digital tools into workflows to accelerate adoption Leverage data-driven insights to identify market opportunities and solve employer-benefits challenges Build and mentor a high-performing team that fosters a tech-forward culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including 4+ years of executive leadership 12+ years in strategic planning, business development, or corporate innovation within healthcare financial services or fintech 8+ years leading cross-functional teams and driving growth at an executive level Proven track record of operationalizing strategy from inception to delivery Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase options 401k contribution Flexible remote work options, with specific in-office requirements for certain locations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
