About the role
The Sr Director Information Services is responsible for overseeing all client service operations, ensuring high-quality support to clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of client service strategies and processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve client service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and improving client service operations.
- Strong understanding of client service best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
