About the role

The Sr Director Information Services is responsible for overseeing all client service operations, ensuring high-quality support to clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve client service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and improving client service operations.
  • Strong understanding of client service best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
