We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings .
Requirements: maybe combine "The accomplished individual will have..." list (12+ years experience, degree, etc). That's requirements.
Qualifications/Skills: "An outstanding professional will have..." list (demonstrated acumen, proven track record, etc). Could be Skills.
Also "Our Competencies for All Employees" and "Our Competencies for All People Managers" could be part of Skills as well, but maybe we can include them under Skills as separate lists? Might be too many thin sections. Could combine into Skills section with two sublists? But we need to output only
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a lot of narrative about role responsibilities, etc. We need to parse. We need to remove boilerplate: "We believe that difference sparks brilliance..." etc. That's generic company description; maybe part of "About the role"? Actually it's about company culture. Could be considered "About the role"? But we need to preserve substantive information. The posting includes: "The Successful Individual Will Be Responsible For Setting & Leading Tapestry’s Culture Strategy ..." then bullet points (though not bullet list but sentences). Then "Employee Listening & Data-Driven Insights", "Leading the Inclusion & Culture Team", "Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment". Those are responsibilities. Then "The accomplished individual will have..." list of requirements (experience, degree, etc). Then "An outstanding professional will have..." list of qualifications/skills. Then "Our Competencies for All Employees" and "Our Competencies for All People Managers" - these are generic competencies; maybe they are part of Skills? Could be considered Skills section. Then "Tapestry, Inc. is an equal opportunity..." boilerplate to remove. Then "Visit Tapestry, Inc. Base Pay Range $180,000.00-$215,000.00" => Pay section. Then "Here are some of the benefits that we offer: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401 (K), Paid Paternity and Maternity leave, Commuter Benefits, Disability insurance and Tuition assistance." => Benefits section. No schedule info. Thus we need sections: About the role? Could include the initial paragraph about company mission? Might be considered "About the role" but it's more about company. However we need to include only if there is real specific content. The initial paragraph is generic but still about Tapestry. Could be considered "About the role" but maybe better to put under "About the role" a brief description: "We believe that difference sparks brilliance..." etc. However that is generic fluff; but it's substantive? It's not specific to role. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine company description into "About the role" or maybe omit as it's boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate like EEO; it's company values. Might be okay to include as "About the role". But we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This paragraph is not filler; it's about company culture. I'd include it. Responsibilities: combine the bullet-like responsibilities: Setting & Leading Culture Strategy, Employee Listening & Data-Driven Insights, Leading the Inclusion & Culture Team, Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment. Each can be a
- for any list. Could have multiple
- inside a section.
Simplify: Have sections: About the role (p), Responsibilities (ul), Requirements (ul), Skills (ul), Benefits (ul), Pay (p). No Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft.
About the role paragraph: combine the initial paragraph(s) up to "Visit Our People page to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity." That's generic but okay.
Responsibilities: list items:
- Setting & Leading Tapestry’s Culture Strategy: Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for inclusion and culture across Tapestry's global brand portfolio, translating company strategy & values into tangible, lived experiences that contribute to growth ambitions; turn vision and roadmap into focused priorities and actionable plans with measurable outcomes across brands and regions; establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability frameworks to measure progress and impact; position culture as a driver of innovation, performance, and consumer connection throughout the organization.
- Employee Listening & Data-Driven Insights: Own the enterprise employee listening strategy — including engagement surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and always-on feedback channels — and build the infrastructure to turn listening into action; use data to prioritize actions that deliver outcomes to continuously cultivate strong employee engagement, belonging, and how we work together; establish progress reporting and action plans to track and evolve key culture outcomes.
- Leading the Inclusion & Culture Team: Lead a global team of three; strategically evolve Tapestry's global EBRG ecosystem; design and scale global volunteering programs that deepen employee connection to purpose and reflect Tapestry's commitment to the communities where we live and work; create experiences that build connection, pride, and a strong sense of belonging across our house of brands; ensure programs are simple, global/store scalable, and connected to business priorities; foster innovation and continuous improvement to drive outcomes.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Alignment: Engage stakeholders and external partners as needed to align efforts that shape reputation and meet regulatory requirements; serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on inclusion, belonging, and culture transformation; partner with HR and leadership teams globally to embed inclusive behaviors that elevate our approach to performance management, leadership expectations, development and succession planning, employee lifecycle milestones and people processes; collaborate with Communications to develop a culture communications strategy that keeps employees informed, connected, and proud — storytelling that reflects our people and amplifies our values.
Requirements (The accomplished individual will have...):
- 12+ years of overall working experience in a business setting, preferably in Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development or related field
- A B.A./B.S. degree in a related discipline preferred (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Culture, Transformation, Inclusion & Diversity)
- Strong business acumen and enterprise leadership - a leader who thinks across the whole company, not just one function, connecting culture to business performance and brand impact
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into action and follows through, creating change people can see and feel
- Influence at all levels without authority, building trust and bringing stakeholders with you
- Passion about building environments where people feel valued and can succeed, build strong teams, and raise the standard of the work with high accountability for outcomes
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use data to stay grounded and guide decisions
- Ability to simplify and focus, cutting through complexity to drive what matters most, lead through ambiguity, and drive organizational change
- Courage to speak up, and challenge when it counts
Skills (An outstanding professional will have... plus competencies):
- Demonstrated acumen in inclusion and culture building best practices globally
- Proven track record designing culture strategies at enterprise scale — will have led transformation, not just programs
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller — equally at ease presenting to a C-suite and energizing a town hall of thousands
- Experience leading EBG/ERG strategy and linking employee community groups to measurable business outcomes
- Skilled at using data and analytics to shape strategy and build the business case for culture investment with executives
- Global mindset with the cultural fluency to activate programs across diverse geographies and employee populations
- Creative thinker who can translate big ideas into executable plans — and who never mistakes activity for impact
- AI prompt engineering
- Competencies for All Employees: Courage, Creativity, Customer Focus, Dealing with Ambiguity, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Savvy, Learning on the Fly
- Competencies for All People Managers: Strategic Agility, Developing Direct Reports and Others, Building Effective Teams
We could list each as separate
- . Might be long but okay.
Benefits: list items: Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401 (K), Paid Paternity and Maternity leave, Commuter Benefits, Disability insurance, Tuition assistance.
Pay: paragraph: Base Pay Range $180,000.00-$215,000.00

Make sure no extra whitespace issues. Let's craft the paragraphs. About the role paragraph: combine the initial fluff: "We believe that difference sparks brilliance, so we welcome people and ideas from everywhere to join us in stretching what’s possible. At Tapestry, being true to yourself is core to who we are. When each of us brings our individuality to our collective ambition, our creativity is unleashed. This global house of brands – Coach and Kate Spade New York – was built by unconventional entrepreneurs and unexpected solutions, so when we say we believe in dreams, we mean we believe in making them happen. We’re always on a journey to becoming our best, but you can count on this: Here, your voice is valued, your ambitions are supported, and your work is recognized. A member of the Tapestry family, we are part of a global house of brands that has unwavering optimism and is committed to being innovative and wholly inclusive. Visit Our People page to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity." That's fine. Now responsibilities items: need to keep the content but maybe shorten?
