Responsibilities
- Lead and manage onshore and offshore colleagues who own GTM technology applications
- Transform and integrate GTM technology with an AI-first approach to enhance strategy execution
- Collaborate with GTM management to identify system and process challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on AI opportunities and business value
- Standardize and evolve GTM processes to streamline execution through automation
- Identify and re-engineer inefficient GTM processes using AI to boost productivity
- Design and develop new solutions and integrations for optimized GTM execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in GTM operations at a high-tech company with a focus on re-engineering processes
- 5+ years managing GTM operations teams, both onshore and offshore
- 5+ years as a business owner of GTM technology with success in system transformation
- Deep experience (3+ years) in AI tools and managing technology stacks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across various teams
