Key Responsibilities
- Develop a data and user first approach to the new acquisition strategy and empower those within the group to achieve success
- Owning and allocating a large marketing budget with a continual focus on efficiency and maximizing lifetime value
- Build the test and learn strategy with a foundation of constant experimentation
- Monitor all metrics and KPIs for growth enabling continuous optimization
- Effectively hire and allocate resources (people and technology) to maximize impact
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, design, engineering) to take an automation- and technology-first approach to efficiently scale new user growth
- Discover new vendors, technologies, and channels to facilitate short- and long-term growth
- Leverage acquisition tactics to discover new retention activities targeted towards the current member base
- Channel Focus: Search (SEM & SEO), Mobile App & ASO, Direct Response Paid Social, Affiliates, Programmatic and Display, New Channels
Qualifications
- Extensive experience working as a growth-oriented marketer with a focus on scaling channels and optimizing for efficiency and lifetime value
- Expertise with all marketing platforms, including: Facebook, Google, Programmatic Platforms, Mobile App Install, App Store Optimization, and Fraud Detection
- Working knowledge of marketing technology tools, such as Amplitude, Datorama, Segment, and Tableau
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL is a plus
- Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time, with short deadlines
- Experience communicating projects and results to executive team members
- Team leader with experience building departments to keep up with an aggressively expanding business
