This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Ethics & Compliance point of contact for Global Government Affairs
- Act as the main contact for Import/Export/Trade Compliance functions
- Support the implementation of Code of Conduct and compliance programs
- Lead and manage global Conflict-of-Interest (COI) program activities
- Conduct evaluations and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for COI investigations
- Ensure system integrity and compliance with COI intake processes
- Communicate compliance risks and strategies to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Ethics and Compliance
- 3+ years of experience in government affairs/lobbying compliance or trade compliance
- Experience leading conflict-of-interest frameworks or COI evaluation processes preferred
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Pay
$154,500 – $226,600 annually
