Sr. Director, Engineering - Next-Gen SIEM (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with company objectives and product vision
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior technical staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
• Oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring quality, security, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
• Champion best practices in software development, infrastructure, and operational excellence
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering effectiveness and team health
• Represent engineering in executive forums, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead at scale, managing multiple teams or departments
• Deep expertise in engineering management, technical architecture, and operational excellence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presence
• Commitment to resilience, continuous improvement, and fostering a learning culture
• Experience building cyber security products in a SaaS environment

Pay

$235,000 – $350,000 annually
