Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with company objectives and product vision
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior technical staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
- Oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring quality, security, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with Product, Security, and Business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources
- Champion best practices in software development, infrastructure, and operational excellence
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering effectiveness and team health
- Represent engineering in executive forums, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead at scale, managing multiple teams or departments
- Deep expertise in engineering management, technical architecture, and operational excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presence
- Commitment to resilience, continuous improvement, and fostering a learning culture
- Experience building cyber security products in a SaaS environment
Pay
$235,000 – $350,000 annually
