About the role

Lead as our next Senior Director of Corporate Revenue Recognition! Are you a master of ASC 606 ready to influence the financial trajectory of a global technology leader? Trimble is seeking a strategic visionary to lead our revenue accounting function, collaborating cross-functionally to drive optimal financial outcomes and ensure compliance in a dynamic, high-growth environment where your expertise directly impacts our global scale and innovation.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Partner with global sales leaders to architect unique transactions and innovative sales programs that maximize business results.

  • Spearhead the revenue integration for strategic acquisitions, streamlining order-to-cash processes and shaping customer relationship roadmaps.

  • Influence senior leadership and external auditors through expert technical whitepapers on complex, high-stakes revenue positions.

  • Drive digital transformation by leading process efficiency projects and implementing cutting-edge revenue automation systems.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic partnership.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in public and industry accounting with a deep mastery of ASC 606 and US GAAP.

  • Active or inactive CPA license and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Strategic communicator capable of translating complex technical accounting concepts into clear business terms for executive stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and motivating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points

  • Hands-on experience with M&A integration and financial system implementations.

  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Oracle, RevPro, Domo, or AI-driven financial tools.

Logistics

  • Location: Westminster, CO or Sunnyvale, CA

  • Onsite (4 Days Weekly)

  • Travel Requirement: 10%

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
