Sr. Director, Digital Experience & AI

About the Role

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Experience & AI to build and lead the organization's Digital Experience function. Reporting to the CMO, this leader will create the digital operating system for Acrisure Marketing, enabling the organization to scale, measure impact, and compete in an AI-driven future. The role oversees website strategy, analytics, AI enablement, digital discoverability, and customer experience optimization, ensuring marketing is data-driven and connected to business results.

Responsibilities

• Digital Experience Strategy & Transformation: Define and execute Acrisure's digital experience vision, lead customer journey optimization, align investments with growth objectives, establish governance and best practices, develop personalization strategies, and own digital performance.
• Digital Platforms & Experience: Own the web ecosystem, partner with Product and Technology teams, develop scalable operating models, ensure digital properties support business objectives, oversee partnerships, and drive conversion optimization.
• AI Transformation & Enablement: Lead Marketing's AI transformation, identify opportunities for improvement, translate business needs into use cases, develop AI-powered tools, champion AI literacy, and ensure secure and responsible AI initiatives.
• Digital Discoverability, Insights & Growth: Lead enterprise SEO and AEO strategy, develop content and technical optimization strategies, establish measurement frameworks, monitor trends, and partner with stakeholders to surface Acrisure's expertise.
• Build & Lead The Digital Experience Organization: Serve as the digital experience champion, establish scalable processes, partner with executive leadership, recruit and develop talent, and create a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in digital experience, digital strategy, customer experience, digital product, or digital marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise digital programs and teams.
• Experience leading large-scale website transformations and customer journey optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital discoverability (SEO, content optimization, structured data) and AI technologies.
• Experience leveraging analytics and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing agency, technology, and vendor ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving technology adoption.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Revenue, and Technology teams.
• Experience building new functions and operating models in high-growth environments.
• Preferred experience in fintech, financial services, insurance, or regulated industries.

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $235,620 - $318,780. Placement within the range will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
