Sr Director, Data Portfolio & Delivery (IT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute critical special projects within the Data Governance, Product and Strategy lane
• Drive alignment and resolve dependencies across cross-functional teams for Data Products and Governance
• Oversee strategic programs from concept to execution, ensuring successful implementation and value realization
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics for portfolio visibility
• Facilitate decision-making and strategic planning sessions for organizational alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, Data Strategy, Analytics, or AI/ML program management
• Experience managing complex tech initiatives in a multi-site healthcare organization
• Familiarity with Data/AI tech stacks (e.g., Cloud data platforms, GenAI frameworks, ML operations)
• Proven track record in change management and executive communication
