Responsibilities
- Establish guidance and leadership for Construction Management activities
- Advise on technical and contractual challenges as Owner’s Agent
- Support development of key performance indicators for program success
- Cookordination with program stakeholders to align efforts
- Manage internal project phases for effective execution
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for construction projects
- Monitor and report project progress and significant milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, Master’s degree preferred
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- Over 20 years of experience in Owner’s Agent PM/CM services on large projects
- Proven experience in Design Build, CM at Risk, or similar methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills with senior management experience
- Experience managing projects with a value exceeding $250M, preferably over $500M
- Expert knowledge in Construction Management standard practices and risk mitigation
