Sr Director, Commercial Operations

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales and Commercial Leadership, anticipating needs
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and market opportunities proactively
• Translate commercial data into clear recommendations for leadership
• Develop comprehensive commercial operations strategies aligned with business goals
• Establish analytics and performance frameworks for informed decisions
• Lead improvements in forecasting processes and pipeline management
• Drive the application of AI and emerging technologies to enhance sales effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field
• 10+ years in sales operations, commercial operations, or related disciplines
• Leadership experience overseeing teams and enterprise-level initiatives
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
• Strong background in AI, analytics, and automation in commercial contexts
• Advanced analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable insights

Pay

$192,700 – $275,000 annually
