Sr. Director, AI Powered Service Delivery & Automation

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI-driven managed services roadmap
• Identify automation opportunities in service delivery
• Establish measurable objectives for service quality and productivity
• Design AI-powered assistants and workflows for support effectiveness
• Implement AIOps and predictive service management capabilities
• Lead global AMS Automation & AI Center of Excellence
• Deliver solutions that enhance operational performance

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise managed services or technology transformation
• Experience with AI-driven automation and autonomous operations
• Proven success with AIOps and enterprise service management platforms
• Strong technical background in architecture and engineering
• Deep understanding of ERP and cloud platforms, such as SAP and Oracle
• Demonstrated ability to improve service quality and reduce cost-to-serve
• Experience leading global, geographically distributed teams

Pay

$190,000 – $280,000 annually
