Leads the Company's direct tax compliance, tax accounting, reporting, and advisory activities, including federal, state, international, and withholding tax matters. Serves as the primary direct tax resource for the organization and partners with internal stakeholders and external advisors on strategic tax initiatives, international tax matters, and global reporting requirements.
