About the role
What you get to do in this role:
- Work across the organization to create a differentiated, self-service customer experience
- Actively engage in and drive the ongoing cross-team effort to select and build on the right platform
- Coordinate and manage the central plan for content management, process development, and experience/recognition design
- Create and manage the Training @ Scale roadmap, collaborating closely with IT, curriculum development, certification, and training application development to launch and continuously enhance the online, self-service product
- Contribute to the design and execution of a pricing, licensing, and revenue model that aligns to corporate goals and the overall Customer Success portfolio
- Design and execute internal and external customer feedback loops to encourage rapid iteration, experimentation, and innovation
Requirements
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years in complex global program management with demonstrated cross-functional experience
- Demonstrated product management and product strategy preferred
- Ability to influence and lead a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop comprehensive program parameters, project plans, and release roadmaps
- 5+ years working with cloud platform technologies
- 5+ years working with cloud platform customers, preferably with training or implementation experience
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
Pay
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $220,300 - $396,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
