Responsibilities
- Lead financial evaluation of major R&D projects and resource allocation
- Develop financial models for R&D portfolio analysis
- Serve as a financial advisor to Engineering and Product leadership
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and operational improvements
- Lead development of multi-year strategic plans and annual operating budgets for R&D
- Manage monthly forecast cycles and variance analysis
- Deliver strategic financial insights to C-level executives
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A
- 5+ years in a leadership or advisory role
- Experience in R&D or engineering environments preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
