Sr. Digital Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Product Information Management (PIM) platform, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead product launch readiness activities, ensuring product data quality and compliance.
• Cook up cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and ongoing product maintenance.
• Gather and translate business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
• Monitor platform performance, data quality, and operational effectiveness, implementing continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Commerce, Go-to-Market Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with New Product Introduction/Implementation processes.
• Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Strong understanding of PIM platforms, data governance, and product data management.
• Experience with ecommerce, PLM, DAM, and work management/ticketing systems.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
