Job Responsibilities

• Design and manage infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and architecture diagrams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance, availability, and cost.
• Integrate and manage third-party tools, plug-ins, and internal scripts as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure infrastructure meets application and business needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience working as Devops engineer. 7+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (GCP or Azure a plus).
• Skills: Strong Linux administration skills in production environments. Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads (Docker). Expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation practices. Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash. Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, and artifact repositories. Familiarity with networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LDAP. Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent. Strong understanding of cloud networking, VPCs, security groups, and IAM policies. Comfortable working with Agile teams and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• On-call rotation: Required.
• Nice to have: Experience with Helm and managing Kubernetes via Helm charts. Exposure to hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem). Familiarity with secrets management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager). Experience mentoring engineers or leading DevOps initiatives.

Physical Demands

May be required to sit and/or stand in excess of 6 hours. May be required to lift, push and/or pull up to 40 pounds. Able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer. Average mobility to move around a manufacturing environment. May require travel.

Hiring Base Salary Range

$85,670 - $159,110 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). In addition to base salary, some positions are eligible for an annual performance based bonus.
