Responsibilities
- Interact with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
- Identify functional problems and suggest resolutions.
- Define internal quality control standards and maintain reliability programs.
- Document and analyze test cases, providing feedback and recommendations for product or design changes.
- Ensure testing procedures comply with required industry-specific standards.
- Contribute to developing improvements for overall testing and quality programs to achieve better results.
- Analyze system requirements, concepts of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, and report status and results.
- Provide visibility into progress and impediments.
- Support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation (e.g., Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports).
- Work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
- Provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas.
- Execute test plans and procedures, confirm results of automated tests.
- Act as a witness for demonstrations and testing events, providing feedback to the government.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience with GEOINT workflows.
- Experience with system of systems testing.
- Experience with test automation software (JMeter, JUnit, Test Complete).
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $97,008 – $164,914. Individual salaries are determined by factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
