About the role
Join a highly dynamic Agile environment and participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for software development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, upgrade, and enhance software applications.
- Test applications and resolve bugs and other coding issues.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously learn new technologies and skills.
- Take ownership of deliverables and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Java
- Spring / Spring Boot
- Microservices
- Kafka – very strong experience required
- Kubernetes
- Spring Security
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
- Strong experience with SQL and Oracle Database.
- Experience in performance tuning.
- Experience with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience delivering projects using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Banking domain experience.
- Knowledge of Banking ISO / SWIFT standards.
- Experience working in large-scale financial services environments.
