Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Finance Division
About the Role
The Senior Demand Generation Manager for our Finance Division will own the marketing engine driving qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This is not a coordination role. You will be accountable for the numbers, the strategy, the budget, and the results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 90-day rolling marketing plan
- Manage campaign performance
- Optimize channel investments
- Partner closely with division leadership to achieve monthly MQL and pipeline goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Direct ownership of MQL, pipeline, or revenue targets
- Strong expertise in demand generation and performance marketing
- Advanced HubSpot experience, including workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and reporting
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear campaign briefs and launch plans
