Responsibilities

• Provide analysis regarding a central pool of resources across technologies and platforms
• Process resource requests
• Coordinate schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs
• Maintain visibility of pool capacity to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of development demand and capacity
• Provide input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes

Requirements

Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 6 years Information Technology experience; OR 8 years Information Technology experience.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Oral and written communications skills
• Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project
• Knowledge of analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel
• Knowledge of application development platforms
• Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies
• Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage)
• Knowledge of end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
• Negotiation
• Business acumen
• Experience implementing data analysis workflows
• Experience creating user friendly dashboards or reports of data
• Data Analysis or Intelligence Analysis experience

Pay

$70,600.00 - $149,600.00 (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)
