Sr. Data Scientist - Operations & Product (Remote)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metrics and trends to improve EHR platform performance
• Investigate complex account questions and identify root causes
• Transform messy data into actionable insights for decision-making
• Examine billing workflows to identify breakdowns and suggest improvements
• Support cross-functional teams in making data-driven conclusions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science, 2+ years in financial analytics or operations analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Direct experience with A/B testing, including design and results analysis
• Strong understanding of key financial and operational metrics
• Expert proficiency in Python and/or SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
