Sr Data Scientist - AI/ML

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Execute AI/ML initiatives in partnership with business, product, engineering, and technology teams.
• Deliver measurable outcomes through business-aligned OKRs and value-driven AI initiatives.
• Support the development of scalable AI solutions that improve customer, employee, and operational experiences.
• Execute major phases of the Model Development Lifecycle (MDLC), including:
• Data exploration and preparation
• Feature engineering
• Model training and validation
• Deployment and performance monitoring
• Develop and support AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.
• Partner with ML Engineering teams to productionize and scale AI models.
• Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, including:
• Vector databases
• Embeddings
• Retrieval optimization
• Prompt orchestration
• Build lightweight prototypes and user-facing applications using tools such as Streamlit.
• Help drive adoption of AI solutions through usability testing and stakeholder engagement.

Governance, Monitoring & Best Practices

• Follow enterprise standards for model governance, documentation, testing, and CI/CD.
• Monitor model performance and support ongoing optimization efforts.
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and compliant with enterprise standards.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Stay current on emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI trends and technologies.
• Participate in industry events and share insights and best practices with internal teams.
