Sr. D365 F&O Functional Consultant - Supply Chain

About the role

BDO Digital, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of BDO USA, P.C., is seeking a manager to join our Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team. This role supports projects in EBA strategy and implementation, Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts, and provides functional support of EBA solutions and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conducts discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, and configuration of ERP, CRM, HCM, and other related business applications.
• Documents existing enterprise business applications, related business processes, and personas impacted.
• Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
• Designs and develops scorecards for evaluation of candidate business applications.
• Creates dashboard presentations of quantitative and qualitative scoring of candidate options.
• Supports Technical Leads, Developers, and Managers by providing functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client.
• Performs functional (business process) solution design in business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, & related) contexts.
• Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and proposes business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Supports, manages aspects of business applications implementations, documents and maintains project milestones, phases, elements, and budget.
• Maintains and monitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities.
• Develops references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
• Manages and resolves issues, defects, and change requests.
• Manages and performs systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams as directed.
• Provides ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live support.
• Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders.
• Manages project workstreams as directed.
• Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants.

Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree and six (6) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, required; OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of industry experience with ERP systems, required.
• Six (6) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required.
• Four (4) or more years of education or experience with ERP or CRM Product, required.
• Some client facing best practice consulting experience, preferred.
• One or more current business applications technology certifications, preferred.
• Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required.
• Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM Solutions technology, required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), CRM, Business Central, F&SCM), Ceridian Dayforce Solutions (Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll), Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, Infor, Sage, Syteline, JDE, IFS, or any other ERP/CRM Software.
• Smartsheet, preferred.
• Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred.

National Range: $127,000 - $189,000. Maryland Range: $127,000 - $189,000. NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $127,000 - $189,000.
