Sr. Cyber Underwriter- Middle Market

You will leverage your underwriting expertise and broker relationships to manage risk selection, renewals, and new business generation, ensuring profitable growth while maintaining high retention and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of underwriting experience in Cyber/Tech E&O, focused on Middle Market businesses (over $250M in revenues)
• Proven ability to underwrite new and renewal business profitably while managing broker relationships effectively
• Strong technical expertise and product knowledge specific to cyber insurance lines
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities
• Results-driven, with a desire to win and continuously improve underwriting performance
• Familiarity with current cyber risk trends, marketplace dynamics, and evolving threats
