Responsibilities
- Design and prototype AI-powered customer experience touchpoints
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into key customer journey moments
- Collaborate across teams to create intuitive, customer-centered experience concepts
- Map and analyze the complete customer journey to identify gaps
- Create cohesive digital experiences for easier customer navigation
- Create self-service experiences that align with product-led growth initiatives
- Develop high-quality CX design artifacts to guide cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in customer experience design or a related field within SaaS or digital consulting
- Strong command of design thinking methodologies like journey mapping and service blueprinting
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design, including chatbots and self-service interactions
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in design and strategy
- Familiarity with product-led growth and self-service customer journeys
- Strong visual communication abilities with practical prototyping skills
- Proven track record of connecting design work to measurable business outcomes
