Sr. Customer Technical Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Customer Technical Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping translate business and infrastructure needs into scalable solutions. The position partners closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to improve adoption, optimize technical outcomes, and ensure a strong overall experience. It is also a hands-on role that blends architecture, troubleshooting, solution design, and enablement across enterprise environments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technology solutions with customer goals
• Design scalable technical solutions and maintain documentation
• Provide expert advice on best practices and optimize customer use of the platform
• Conduct POCs to evaluate new features
• Assist customers in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Conduct training sessions to empower customer teams

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years experience in a technical role
• Experience in IT infrastructure and/or software development
• Proficiency in virtualization and cloud-native architectures and containerization
• Hands-on coding/scripting experience in Groovy, PowerShell, Python, and Ruby
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and API-based solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel for training and evangelism

Pay

Compensation: $136,500 – $189,420 annually
