Sr Customer Experience Professional
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary customer contact, manage inquiries, support calls and updates.
- Manage order lifecycle in SAP, process changes, expediting, resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Contracts; ensure execution.
- Deliver status updates and maintain visibility of performance.
- Manage escalations and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
- Identify and drive improvements in customer and operational processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years experience with SAP, order management, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree; customer-facing experience; aerospace or repair and overhaul experience preferred.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving ability, ability to manage multiple priorities, and self-motivation.

The Honeywell Aerospace Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the C-5 / C-130 programs serves as a dedicated customer support resource responsible for ensuring seamless execution of order management, customer communication, and reporting activities.
