Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance project experiences.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while overseeing a diverse portfolio of work across multiple project managers.
• Support and coach team members to foster professional growth and elevate project outcomes.
• Analyze workflows to identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.

Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in project management within a creative agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, with a preference for Airtable.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with capacity planning and project forecasting methodologies.
• Familiarity with creative production processes such as design and copywriting.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships across teams.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $49 - $79.47 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
